This rental house place belongs to a church and is only a few miles from our house in Peru. It is fairly inexpensive. Here are some photos of the place.

Included are many acres on which we can hike in the woods on one of their many trails, picnic outdoors or just chillax!
The back of the home has a walk out basement below the deck pictured, there is a fire pit and it is all in a park-like setting.
There are a total of eight bedrooms. There are multiple beds in each room to maximize occupancy. they allow a grand total of 35 people (more with air mattresses). We would need to bring our own bedding.

The house includes an attached apartment that can be private if needed. Two of the 8 bedrooms are here.

The basement is basically one large gathering room complete with screen for projector and fireplace and view to the outdoors.
There is also a washer and dryer for all your laundering needs.
